Shipping policy

Once your file has been paid for, it will be sent for printing and shipping. You will receive an email notification when the shipping label has been created or when your order has shipped.

Shipping is available Monday to Friday — we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If shipping options are not appearing, please refresh the page.

We ship using the method you choose:

• For addresses in the western or eastern provinces, Purolator Express is the recommended option.

• For shipments within Ontario, UPS Standard is typically the best choice.

If you select FedEx Ground, please note that pickups occur the following business day, which may delay your shipment by one day.

Current processing time is 1–2 business days, plus shipping time.
