Policies for DTF Prints Canada Inc

All Sales Final as these are custom orders!

Printing turns around is 1-2 days for print plus shipping
Add on orders must be made within 1 hour of previous order or shipping will need to be added and ad on will not be excepted.

All errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the prints.
Do not cut the roll before checking this will void the warranty.
Failure to do so will result in voiding the warranty reprint. This is because some people report errors weeks and months later, and no exceptions will be made.

We do record all prints and can go back to see if the error, we will use all recording and files sent to determine errors.
Please ensure that you examine your roll carefully for any color or sizing discrepancies before cutting it. Please note that while we strive for color accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact match. If you cut the roll, it will void any possibility of replacement reprint. Additionally, if the error is due to incorrect uploading and sizing, it will not be eligible for replacement reprint.

We strive to create the most accurate color match possible based on your input. However, some variations in shading may occur due to the printing of DTF Transfers with CMYK colors. It is not always possible to match Pantone colors exactly, and we cannot guarantee a Pantone match. Please note that colors may appear differently on different computer monitors, so it's important to calibrate your colors before placing your order.

"If your image appears to be pixelated or fuzzy, it can be a result of uploading a file with lower resolution than the required 300 DPI resolution. It is the responsibility of our clients to make sure that the artwork meets our minimum guidelines. While we do review all files, it is not guaranteed that we can detect every file with low resolution. Sometimes, the image quality appears to be borderline, and the low quality becomes noticeable only after it's printed.

We cannot be held responsible for the image quality and do not provide refunds or replacements for files with low quality."

We recommend testing the product before use. We are unable to replace garments damaged due to user error.

Please keep the box with you in case it needs to be returned.

DTF Transfers are non-refundable, which means once the transfer is made, it cannot be reversed or returned.

If a transfer is found to be defective, it will be replaced upon providing proof.

We reserve the right to request photographs of the defects to approve claims and may ask for the prints to be returned in roll form.

All orders will be printed in the order they are received and only after payment has been made.

We always strive to ensure timely delivery, but please note that courier services are beyond our control, and there may be occasional delays.

Printing Requirements:
- Resolution: 300dpi
- Transparent background
- Images must be trimmed tightly, with no outside artboard space.
- The image must be the exact size you expect to be printed.
- Do not reverse/mirror the image.
- Avoid using translucent design.
- Minimum line width: 0.5mm
- Exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
- There may be slight variations in color for repeat orders.

When placing order, you check a box that has information that you are declaring you own the rights to designs and that your order is correct, it also tells you if your DPI is low, if you have images overlapping and much more.
Please make sure to follow these guidelines to ensure that your prints come out as expected.

E transfer: We do expect, please do not add orders together a pay as one lump sum accounting needs to be able to separate payments; by paying as one lump sum it causes extra work for accounting to chase where payment go.

File Uploader: This is for advanced users, your files must be sized correctly and have a transparent background, any files received wrong will have order automatically cancelled and refunded.

Pick up order: You will be notified by email when order is ready, we print in order of received, because you are picking up it does not make your order go before everyone else.
